The beer, it’s a Nelson Sauvin and Citra DDH IPA. Thick and juicy, with layer after layer of Nelson and Citra throughout both the hot and cold-side. Gooseberry, peach, mango, lime. All the senses tingling. We’ll be brewing Shonks seasonally.
