Farmhouse Blonde. To celebrate our first year of brewing we have made a series of three collaboration beers with Alan Thomson of Old Chimeys Brewery. The series is inspired by medieval brewing at Gisworth’s priory, Ixworth’s name in the Domesday Book. These modern interpretations have been seven months in the making, each batch staggered to be released in their prime.
The most sessionable of the series; sit back, relax and enjoy in the sun. A dry, spicy and funky ‘Farmhouse’ blonde ale. Expect pepper, clove, sweet biscuit, notes of chardonnay and subtle, earthy barnyard funk.
