The texture is soft, gentle, beautiful. The hops are there, but not over emphasised. The malt and hops match with equally mild intensity. There is a freshness you'd hope to find the ridiclous amount of fresh hops we used. Some interesting delicate liquorice and herbal flavours meld with some classic English-hop flavours, earth, hedgerow, wood. There's a celery like crunch, some oaty, flapjack flavours. It's flavours are refined so that you almost instantly need another sip to uncover the more nuanced aspects.
