A range of roasted and caramelised malts come together to create a rich, robust imperial stout base. 18 months of maturation in barrels contribute nuanced notes of charred oak and gentle bourbon warmth. The rich nuttiness of peanut butter, the velvety sweetness of maple syrup and the comforting familiarity of waffles impart a nostalgic breakfast charm.

Deep ebony in colour, thick and luxuriously smooth, rich caramel and chocolate malt sweetness balanced by a robust coffee-like bitterness and a gentle bourbon warmth. Aromas of toffee, maple, vanilla and oak with a delightful nuttiness and hint of buttery dough.
