Never ones to miss an opportunity to celebrate a landmark achievement, we opened the forum up to our incredible drinkers and fans to throw suggestions our way. Ultimately we settled on the idea of a Triple West Coast IPA; something we’ve never attempted before but agreed that for our 1000th brew we needed to be looking at the past as well as acknowledging our status as a modern day hop-forward brewery. Featuring a 100% classic C-hop lineup, we’ve amplified the bitterness on this beer by adding Comet to the boil for 60 minutes, before adding gentler additions of Cascade and Columbus at the whirlpool stage.
