We're delighted to announce an intimate Charcuterie & Beer tasting at Café Beermoth on January 12th with Manchester-based Northern Cure. Specialising in high-welfare meat and whole animal butchery techniques, the northern duo of Alex and Doug are based in a converted railway arch near Piccadilly Station, Manchester. Combining traditional artisanal charcuterie products with a modern twist in small batches.
We will be pairing these with a hand-picked selection of beer by Beermoth's Fi to compliment.
Tickets would be perfect for any foodie interested in finding out more about the techniques involved in the production of high-quality produce, and of course tasting incredible charcuterie products as well as beers to match. It would also make a perfect Christmas gift!
