A Mixed Fermentation Cherry Saison. Heavily fruited with whole sweet cherries from Herefordshire in 2019, and again with Suffolk sour cherries in 2020. Intense jammy fruit, subtle almond notes from the cherry stones, highly carbed in cork and caged bottles.
