We used only UK ingredients, including barley from a polyculture. This method of growing requires much reduced pesticide and fertiliser input, whilst helping to build the health of the soil. The hops used were all from Brook House Hops in Hereford. This beer has upfront aroma of orange and peach. The body is clean and light with a hint of cereal.
