Brewing with Lallemand and Verdant yeast was a lot of fun too. It profiles tropical, stone and bubblegum fruitiness, especially on the nose. It's similar to London Fog but retains the malt profile of the beer. Impressive stuff considering 13.5g/L of Cashmere and Lemondrop hops were added across the brew. Half of which was added at the dry hop stage.
A heavy dose of malted oats and a fair whack of dextrin and pale wheat malt build a smooth medium body. Upon first whiff, candied mango and pineapple arise. Cashmere and Lemondrop hops provide a melange of citrus, stone and tropical fruits too, which complements the yeast profile.
