For this DIPA Burnt Mill put together a blend of extra pale, flaked oats and chit malts to give a smooth malt profile and best showcase a blend of favourite hops. Whirlpooled with Mosaic and Centennial then Enigma, Nelson, Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra and Strata combine in the dry hop to bring, dank, ripe peach, passionfruit and lychee aromas.
