As well as coming together to create the recipe for this massive IPA, we used Cloudwater's house yeast and their hand-selected Simcoe for an all-round epic collaboration. We teamed up their Simcoe with Talus, a new hop for both breweries, and dry-hopped at 24g/L to bring intense waves of hoppy goodness. Rainpie is like sipping freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice with pops of aromatic grapefruit feel, passion fruit and pine. The silky oat laden body slips down ever so easily with a super smooth touch of candied sweetness on the finish.
